You: It doesn't matter how you define meaning. The fact is that one can HOPE for a better future without KNOWING that it will be better because of divine justice. Nothing about the hope for things being even in the end because of some kind of divine plan will call that plan into existence. On the contrary, believing that people can find hope only in an unproved divine being only points out the hopelessness of their lot.

Aaron: Justice, hope, meaning... so many words used in so many ways, it truly boggles the mind. I have become mired in all of this vocabulary and am unable to see where this conversation is going. Let me share another argument with you and we'll see if that one fares any better.
