You: You have already told me that you believe a living thing cannot be made out of inanimate matter. It follows that, because you believe the soul to be part of a living thing, that you believe it to be alive. So tell me, how does the soul fit in with your definition of "living"?
Aaron: I can see that this is going nowhere and I am becoming frustrated with you. You are obviously being argumentative just for the sake of avoiding the points I am trying to make.
You: On the contrary, you are asking me to believe something that will have a great impact on my life, and I cannot believe anything that important without proof.
