You: If you are going to make an extraordinary claim, then you are going to have to back it up with extraordinary proof. I could claim that I saw a six-foot-tall walking column of rosebuds and nobody would believe me, no matter how trustworthy I were otherwise.
Aaron: That is neither here nor there. The claim that God exists is not extraordinary in any way. Many people already accept his existence without proof.
