You: In order to be true to myself, I have to remain skeptical. There is no way that I can convince myself to believe something just because it would be in my best interest to believe it. I would rather live my life knowing that there are some things I can never know.
Aaron: If you admit that you can't know whether or not God truly exists, then how can you say that he does not?
You: I cannot say that there is no God, only that there is no reason for me to believe that there is a God.
Aaron: Are you saying that you have no opinion on the subject of whether God exists or not ?
