You: The falsifiability of theories has nothing to do with scientific laws and everything to do with scientific reasoning. I could understand you arguing that God created the laws of science, gravity and the like, but you cannot convince me that he created the rules of scientific reasoning. These rules would be the same in any orderly universe, no matter where it came from, no matter if it were created or not.

Aaron: On the contrary, all things in the universe were created by God, whether they be concretes or abstracts. He could have created a universe in that only unfalsifiable things are true if he so desired.

You: There would be no place for science in such a world. The laws of scientific reasoning would still be the same, but they would not apply.

Aaron: Well then, let me show you an argument that would be more in line with your way of thinking.
