You: Then I do not wish for justice. Instead I would wish for happiness for the many. The city could have been fixed instead of destroyed, the people taught a better way of life or punished in a less drastic way.
Aaron: But what would you do if the people were beyond hope? Wouldn't you then seek justice for their crimes?
You: If I had the power of God, then there would never be a time when people would be beyond hope. Last I checked, God was supposed to be without limits so far as power is concerned.
Aaron: It is meaningless for you to talk about God in this way. Because you do not have God's omniscience, and you cannot say what you would do if you had his power.
